SKECHERS PLUS (UK) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Skechers Plus UK loyalty program (“Skechers Plus” or the “Program”). Skechers Plus is organized by Skechers USA Ltd. (“Skechers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Skechers Plus. In particular, we draw your attention to the limitations and exclusions of our liability set out in Section 9. By participating in Skechers Plus, you agree to these Terms, which are a contract, so read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Skechers Plus (UK) Program, you must be a legal resident of the UK and at least 18 years old at the time of registration, or 16-17 years old with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are 16-17 years old, you may participate only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian; do not participate if you do not have parent/guardian consent. We reserve the right to request proof of parent/guardian consent at any time. Employees of Skechers, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. Bulk buyers, resellers, and corporations are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. By enrolling and participating in Skechers Plus as a member (“Member”), you represent that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

2. Joining Skechers Plus

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you may sign up for Skechers Plus membership (“Membership”) by filling out a registration form on Skechers.co.uk. No purchase is required to enroll in Skechers Plus. Only one account is allowed per individual.

3. Points

Members of Skechers Plus will earn points (“Points”) for purchases that are made on Skechers.co.uk. Purchases at Skechers retail stores, or purchases made through any other retail or online stores or through any other method, will not qualify for Points (even if the Member purchases Skechers products). Points are awarded based on the price paid after all reward certificates, discounts, offers, or merchandise credits are applied. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping, and all other fees are ineligible to earn Points. Unless expressly stated otherwise here or elsewhere on Skechers.co.uk, or specified in the terms and conditions for the specific promotion, Members will each earn ten (10) Points per one pound sterling (£1) spent on eligible purchases. If a Member returns purchased items, the Points earned on the purchase of those items will be deducted from the Member’s Point total. In addition to earning Points for purchases, Members may also be eligible to earn Points for certain digital engagement activities with Skechers, as specified from time to time (“Activities”). Such Activities may be subject to their own terms and conditions. Members can earn Points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty pounds sterling (£750) worth of purchases in a rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Any spend in excess of this threshold during the relevant timeframe will not earn Points. In order to receive Points for purchases or in relation to Activities, Members must provide their personal information associated with their Program account (email address and phone number, and/or assigned Membership Card) or be logged into their Program account on Skechers.co.uk at the time that they make the purchase or participate in the Activity. If any Member believes they have not received Points, or have received the incorrect number of Points, in relation to any purchase or Activity, they must contact Customer Care within sixty (60) days of the relevant transaction, providing proof of their Membership and the relevant purchase or Activity to the reasonable satisfaction of Skechers. If Skechers determines (in its sole discretion) that any Points should have been credited, Skechers shall credit the relevant Points to the Member’s Account within thirty (30) days of its determination.

4. Expiration of Points

All Points earned by Members are valid for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of earning and will expire without notice at the end of this period unless Skechers explicitly states otherwise in writing. Points are not transferrable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

5. Rewards and Benefits

All Skechers Plus Members will receive the benefits listed here: (a) an extended 90-day return policy; (b) free standard shipping; and (c) from time to time, as announced by Skechers, bonus Points earning Activities. When any Member earns 1,000 points, a five pounds sterling (£5) promotional voucher will be eligible for redemption. Points are redeemable by Members only in increments of 1,000 points. Promotional vouchers may only be applied to purchases made by the Member on Skechers.co.uk. No cash back or credit will be provided if the promotional voucher's full value is not utilized (for example, when the value of the promotional voucher exceeds the price of the product being purchased), and any excess unspent value will be lost. Promotional vouchers will expire sixty (60) days after issuance. Rewards and Promotional Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and are void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated. Rewards and benefits may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by Skechers, at its discretion, and at any time without notice. The total value of rewards applied to a purchase cannot exceed the total cost of the purchase, Promotional Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase, i.e., the online code must be entered at checkout on Skechers.co.uk. For all other changes, we will post the new Terms here at least one month in advance of such changes, highlighting the intended changes and seek your consent the next time you log into the Website. Those changes will go into effect once you grant your consent, or, if you do not agree to the revised Terms we reserve the right to terminate your membership within one month of notification of the revised Terms and/or the next time you log into the Website, with a termination period of one month.
